We believe that there is one God who has existed eternally and there is no other God but Him. We believe that He exhibits Himself through the persons of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(Deut. 6:4; Is. 43:10,11; Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:22)
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word; it is a picture of His love for us. We believe that the Bible is God’s teaching and instruction to us, showing us how to live out a relationship with Him by worshiping Him and becoming a living testimony of His mercy, grace and redemption.
(2 Tim. 3:15-17; 1 Thess. 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
(Matt. 1:23; Luke 1:31,35; Heb 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22; Acts 2:22, 10:38; 1 Cor. 15:3; 2 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 28:6; Luke 24:39; 1 Cor. 15:4; Acts 1:9,11, 2:23; Phil. 2:9-11; Heb. 1:3)
We believe that sin separated man from God, but by the death of Jesus Christ on the cross and His resurrection from the grave, our penalty for sin has been paid and eternal life is a free gift to those who believe. The barrier between man and God has been removed and a restored relationship with God is now possible.
(Gen. 1:25, 27, 2:17, 3:6; Rom. 5:12-19; Luke 24:47; John 3:3; Rom. 10:13-15; Eph 2:8; Titus 2:11, 3:5-7)
We believe that God has established his people on the earth, His Church, with Jesus as the governing head.
As the Church, we are the dwelling place of God. He dwells among us and lives in us through the Holy Spirit. And we, the Church, are the expression of His Kingdom in the earth, fulfilling the Great Commandment and Great Commission, through worshiping God, building relationships, training people and being involved in outreach.
(Eph: 1:22, 23, 2:22; Heb. 12:23)
We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. All believers should seek and expect this promise of the Father as commanded by the Son, Jesus Christ.
(Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; 1 Cor. 12:1-3; Acts 8:12-17; 10:44-46; 11:14-16, 15:7-9; John 7:37-39; Acts 4:8; Acts 2:43; Heb. 12:28; Acts 2:42; Mark 16:20; 1 Cor. 12:4-10, 28)
We believe divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers.
(Is. 53:4-5; Matt. 8:16; James 5:14-16)
We believe that Jesus will return and will take to Himself His Church, so that we will eternally be with Him.
(1 Thess. 4:16-17, Rom. 8:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Cor. 15:51-52)
We believe that there is a final judgment and that those who do not believe in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ will be eternally separated from God.
(Matt. 25:46; Mark 9:43-48; Rev. 19:20, 20:11-15, 21:8)
